saturdays at work.

it's weird working saturdays. i have recently had to work them more often due to the company i work for now offering studio space for rental. at first you think it wouldn't be so bad. but you know i don't have much of a weekend anymore. don't get me wrong, i enjoy the extra amount in my paycheck from time to time. but there is something to be said about having a nice relaxing saturday without any responsibilities to someone else's success, but your own.

next saturday i'm off during the day. and i am also hoping to take this coming friday off, since it is the day that i will be turning the big 28. excitingly melissa dawn will be visiting for the weekend. so it will be an amazing weekend of birthdays and friends.
